3DSS48G08VS3772: Doubles the storage capacity of the original 3DSS24G08VS3626 module while maintaining the same proven electrical and radiation performance. This part is available and in full production since 2024.
3DSS64G08US2818: Four times the density of the original 8 Gbit module and at least twice the data bandwidth. First deliveries of engineering models are expected in January 2026.
